Property
Management of Telluride limits our inventory of vacation
rentals so that we can provide personalized and flexible
services to our owners. We allow owners to rent out
their properties, themselves, if they wish and, in those
cases, will only charge for any specific requested
services. We will work with owners to secure
longer term bookings if they are interested and will
develop special promotions for individual properties if
requested.
Our services include:

Check-in.
We personally check- in and check-out all guests. We
talk with all potential guests, even if they have
booked online.

Housekeeping. We are the dedicated
cleaning crew.

On Call
24/7. We take the late night calls
and handle any emergency.

Repairs.
We perform all minor and some major repairs.
We have a network of service people for more
complicated appliance repair, etc.

Baskets. a range of gifts for your
valued guests

Website
Promotion. We will promote the
rental of your property through our website and
other marketing methods.

Documentation. We provide a digital
record of your home for insurance and damage
purposes.

On Call
Emergency Services:
Yes, we will actually answer the 2 am calls on a unit
and also the calls when a guest cannot figure out how to
use the oven. It is our pleasure to remain on call with
a live-response to owners and guests 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. We have learned there is almost no problem
which cannot be solved! Your guests just feel better
speaking with a live person!
Housekeeping:
Property Management of Telluride provides cleaning
services for all types of properties, from studio condos
to homes. While the majority of our clients are in the
rental market we also service a limited amount of
private homes. Our priority is making sure that our
existing clients are happy in every way and remain on
call in the town 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Deep Cleans:
While we do try to stay on top of all issues throughout
the year, by the end of the winter season carpets need
cleaning, and other deep clean issues have arisen. We
keep your deep clean costs down by trying to do extras
on every regular clean. When it does come time, we even
will inventory your existing linens to tell you what you
will require to replace for the next season. We also do
deep cleans on private homes. Our rate is $45.00 per
hour.
Repairs:
Pesky burnt out light bulbs are one thing. When your
grout needs replacing, your slate floor resealing, your
wall a coat of paint or a closet door track fixed...we
can help. The trick is getting repairs done before the
new guests check in. While we do our best, sometimes we
have to go into unit while guests are there to get
maintenance done. If done during a clean this is done
for supply costs only, if a call-out in normal working
hours we charge $45. For issues like appliance repair,
plumbing and other trades, we have good working
relationships with the very best in town! Most owners
just let us do what needs doing!
Gift Baskets:
We offer a limited range of gift baskets which you can
give to valued guests. They feature popcorn, coffee,
teas, cookies, soups, bread mixes, cheese ball dips and
tons of resort activity information . These range in
price from a low of $35 to custom baskets in the $200
range! Let us know what you wish to do for your guests
and we make sure it is in unit for their arrival!
Website Promotion:
Your property will be listed and promoted on our very
successful website.
Digital Pictures of homes:
We can provide a digital documentation of your home for
insurance and damage purposes. Keep a visual record of
your home on file. We provide this service to
non-clients at $75 per hour.
