Enjoy one of Telluride's only ski-in/ski-out complexes, located directly between the base at lift 7 (Coonskin) and the San Miguel River and River Trail.

Cimarron 40 is an oversized two bedroom that enjoys fabulous sunlight from its north, south and west facing windows. The two-level unit includes a full kitchen and two full baths. The master bedroom is quite spacious with a king size bed, walk-in closet and a private alcove with a sofa and tables for relaxing before or after a day on the slopes. The second bedroom downstairs features two twins and directly overlooks the San Miguel River - there's nothing quite like the sound of the river to lull you to sleep at night. The living room feels voluminous, with high ceilings and skylights, and boasts views of the ski area to the south, and some of the best unobstructed sunset views in Telluride due to its location at the west end of the complex. Guests at Cimarron #40 also enjoy a common area washer/dryer, private heated garage and ski locker.
