time is check-in and check-out for my condo? |

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and
check-out is 10 a.m. We want to get you into
your home and on with your vacation as soon as
possible. In some cases, a condo may be ready
before your scheduled check-in time. We want you
to have the cleanest accommodations as the
previous family and we'll be glad to let you
into your rental home once it is ready. |

Are
there any activities to do while I am waiting to
check in? |
|
In the summer there are hiking
trails and free gondola rides. All year long you
can visit our museums, shop, dine at one of the
many restaurants or shop at some of the finest
stores on the western slope. In the winter
season you can get your winter snow equipment
rented and ski passes purchased. |

Are
there grocery stores to buy food in Telluride? |
|
Telluride area has 3 grocery stores, Clark's (on
Colorado Avenue), Village Market (Pacific &Fir) and The
Market (in Mountain Village) All stores carry everything
you would need to cook a hearty meal. |

What
should I do if I am running late and will not
arrive by check-in time? |
|
Don't worry! If you do not
arrive in time for check-in, just give us a
call, we are available 24/7. |
|

|
What
are the check-out requirements for my condo? |
|
First, don't forget your food
and personal items. We also ask that dishes are
put in dishwasher and trash is taken out. Secure
windows, set the thermostat to 72 degrees and
lock the door behind you. Remember to return
your keys. |

What
should I do if I discover a maintenance or
housekeeping problem at the condo? |
|
Please notify the office
immediately, (970) 969-1275. Every effort will
be made to correct any problem as soon as
possible. |

Where
do you park? |
|
Many of
our condo units have one designated parking spot
per unit. We will let you know when you check-in
where it is located.
Free all-day parking is available to commuters and
visitors at the Carhenge parking lot on West Pacific
Street see map. The lot is serviced by the regular Galloping
Goose transit loop. Metered zones and free two-hour
parking is available throughout the business district.
Meters are one per block. Users can purchase a receipt
for up to three hours of parking at a rate of fifty
cents per hour. Meter receipts should be placed
carefully on the driver's side dash board face up so
that Code Enforcement officers can clearly read them.
Commuters are encouraged to use the regional transit
system, car pool with friends and co-workers, or use the
Carhenge parking lot if off street parking is not
available at their place of employment. |

there a charge for extra keys? |
|
You will be provided with TWO
keys to your rental property. A re-key charge
will be collected for
lost or unreturned keys. |

supplies are included in the rental? |
|
For your convenience, properties are equipped with
kitchenware and supplies for everyday cooking and
a STARTER SUPPLY of paper towels, soap, tissues and
toilet paper. |

Are
refunds available in the case of inclement
weather? |
|
No refunds will be given for cancellation or
interruption due to weather. Travel insurance is
recommended. |
