Property
Managers Ray & Anita Cody, are the owners of
Property Management of Telluride. They aren't exactly
new to Telluride. Ray owned and remodeled a home here in
1998 and always dreamed of returning for years. After
attending the 2005 Blues & Brews Festival, they worked
on making that dream come true. In June of 2006, they
purchased a bed and breakfast, and named it Wildwood
Canyon Inn, located on Colorado Avenue and formed this
property management company.
Ray has enjoyed living in Chicago and Wichita, Kansas.
He roller bladed across the country for a favorite
charity and is a youth ice hockey coach and player (he
helped bring the sport of ice hockey to the middle of
Kansas.) Ray has an extensive background in property
management and real estate.
Anita, originally from North Dakota, is a visionary
florist. For 18 years she owned and operated the
immensely popular Esprit de Fleur flower and gift shop
in Wichita, Kansas.
Along with their teenage sons, they take care of all the
vacation properties. They do the cleaning, maintenance,
and booking. So you can be assured that if there is a
problem, it will be addressed and taken care of by one
of them.
